You have a few options to get in touch. Complete the online enquiry form, request a callback or simply give the team a call.
We will ask for an inventory of what needs packing. The easiest way to do this is to send images or a video via WhatsApp.
Once we have all the information, we will provide you with a quote that will include all transport, labour and packaging materials.
Once you have accepted your online packing quote, the team will arrive on your chosen date to pack-up your belongings.
If you have larger furniture to store, container storage is the right way to go. Our team load all your belongings direct into your storage unit.

Yes, once you book a packing service with us, the price will include all appropriate packaging materials for your belongings. We only use recycled, double walled boxes, which are purpose made for the moving and storage industry.
Ideally we will ask for a video that can be emailed or sent via WhatsApp or failing that we will ask for a detailed inventory. We will tailor a quote to your needs, whether it’s just a few boxes or the full contents of your home.
Unfortunately not, we only offer our expert packing service for customers that are coming into storage with us. If it’s a direct move you would need to speak to a local remove firm.
We will take pictures of all packed items for reference and you will be charged an agreed fee up front. If you have less items than agreed you will get a refund for those items or if there is more then you will be invoice for the extra items.

All our contracts are completed online, though our purpose built customer portal where you’ll be able to see your quotes, storage unit(s), invoices and and payment method. We process all payments through Stripe.
