Here at Simply BoxIt we are making box storage in Manchester simple! If you only have boxes, suitcases or other small items to store, then our “store by the box” service is perfect for you.
You pack up your stuff and we’ll collect it and store it safely in our facility until you need it next – see, simple! We can even supply all the packaging and boxes you’ll need.
You pack everything up using your own boxes or we can supply the packaging you need.
We collect you belongings, with a morning or afternoon slot. The driver will call when he is on his way.
We securely store your belongings inside our self storage facility for as long as you need.
When you're ready, we will redeliver your things when and where you need them. Just let us know!

We are a local, trusted company and we offer full insurance cover for your items while they are in storage with us – anything from £100 value up to £2000 or more depending on what you’re storing. Our secure storage facility is based just five minutes outside Manchester City Centre. We have a 15,000 sqft warehouse where we store all of our customer belongings and we currently have in excess on £1 million pounds worth of contents stored inside our warehouse. Our warehouse is extremely secure. Our 15,000 sqft warehouse is actually housed in a larger building and we do not advertise that we are based in the building. We have CCTV in operation and a security guard onsite 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. No members of the public can access our building like a standard self storage facility.
In short, yes you can use your own boxes but if you do then we cannot offer our enhanced liabilty to protect your goods under StoreProtect! We do advise using our boxes as they are durable, secure and double walled – and we can deliver them to your door for a small fee so why not?!
If you have boxes already then we can collect them but if they are deemed to be unsuitable or not safe to carry your items may need to be re-packed and you will be charged for this service.
We can help with most things. Our usual box storage Manchester collection service is based on collection from the ground floor and is based on one man. If you have larger furniture, need collection from above the ground floor or even need help with a packing service, we can help. Just fill out the “Get A Quote” form and a member of the team will build a service around your needs.
Simply give us a call! Provide your new address and we will arrange to return your things on a day of your choosing (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm)
We charge £5.00 per item to return locally within the Manchester area and offer bespoke return costs if you want your things returning to a new city or location outside Manchester. Please note there is a minimum charge of £40.00 for return.
We unload to ground floor so just meet us and we’ll unload your things.
